A new way to sell land and create an emotional connection with buyers.

Terren presents the only architecturally designed home plans that can be adjusted to your client’s land and ready for sale within weeks. With renders that are eye-catching, evocative and designed to tell the story of what it would be possible to build on the land after sale.

We have two packages that agents can use to make their client’s land more marketable:

  • Option One - Fully drawn plans that add value to your client’s asset

    Your client purchases the Terren design of their choice and we provide a full render and marketing package that is fully adjusted to their land.  These plans are then sold with the land and ownership is transferred to the new buyer to build. We will give you access to all our marketing material including 3D renders, floorplans and copywriting. 

    When sold via your agency Terren will pay a 5% commission on the plans package directly to your agent. 

  • Option Two - Renders that demonstrate what is possible

    Marketing images that create an emotional connection by demonstrating the possibilities for that land. For a small marketing package fee of just $2500, we will give you access to 3D renders, example floorplans to suit the land size and copywriting.  

     Note: These are not plans for the client’s specific block and are not sold with the block. They do however show what is possible on their land. We are also happy to meet with potential buyers to explain how we could further tailor the plans to their needs should they choose to purchase a Terren design.

We have created the Botanical collection with four unique floorplans and designs that can each be customised to your clients land and your desired target market. For example, if your client has a block you believe would best suit a large family home- the Dahlia floorplan might suit best. Or perhaps, if you are selling in an area reknowned for downsizers perhaps our single-level Viola might provide the ideal way to capture buyers attention. When your client purchases a Terren package, either prior to sale (Option One above) or after sale based on our renders (Option Two above) we’ll have an in-depth consultation with them to completely customise our plans to their land and family.

We even make it easy for you to give potential buyers an indicative cost to build. Using our design tool they can even add a range of pre-designed options and extras and instantly view how they might affect their verified build price.
