The Terren botanical collection offers four luxury single home designs and two townhouse designs to choose from. Each of our homes has been designed with all the luxury inclusions as standard. Items like integrated appliances, full-height glazing, soaring ceiling heights, natural stone, expansive kitchens, full-height joinery and tiling are included from the outset. Terren is a luxury without the need to upgrade anything. Of course, with Terren, you also have the luxury to choose to make the home bigger or smaller depending on what you want and what your block of land requires. One Story Luxury Home Designs
Viola is our luxury single-level design created for those who want the luxury to spread out without going up. She offers a highly flexible floorplate where 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can be changed to include an extra living room or even an extra bedroom. From the subtly curved entrance, a nod to the curves within to a luxurious and extensive master suite through to an entertaining area that provides the luxury to host a highly sophisticated crowd in an instant – Viola has everything in elaborate yet elegant detail.
Two Story Luxury Home Designs
Dahlia is our largest luxury home that sits across two levels. She has 5 bedrooms, multiple living spaces, 4 bathrooms and enough entertaining space to host your full entourage. Dahlia’s most striking feature is her convex curved first floor – striking on any streetscape.
Juniper is the luxury home design for the growing family who wants a strong connection from indoors to outdoors. She has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and extends across 377 m2, including her covered alfresco area that promises the ability to entertain in style no matter the weather.
Wisteria is a luxury home that truly deserves a luxury location – we think the beach would be best. She has 2 first floor bedrooms and a further 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with the option to create secondary living without compromising on a single cm of space to stretch out and enjoy.
Luxury Townhouse Designs
Terren now offers 2 luxury townhouse designs that combine to create a developers dream scenario. The townhouses are designed to work in combination with each other to offer flexible floorplans that can work on various block sizes and town planning requirements. As with any Terren, the townhouse designs do not compromise on luxury features and design inclusions that invite the light in and offer proportions that do not feel like townhouses from the outside or from within.

Typically, luxury homes take 1- 2 years to design and 1 – 2 years to build. With Terren, this time is considerably shorter. All of our luxury home designs have been pre-designed in extensive detail, ready to be adjusted to your land and specifications. This means you could be ready to build shortly after settlement cutting your total design and build time in half.
How much does it cost to build a luxury home?
Luxury homes could cost anywhere from $800,000 to build. What are the steps involved in getting ready to build a luxury home?

Step five: Hire a building surveyor to assess your drawings and supply a building permit once you have hired a builder.

Step seven: Hire a builder and sign a fixed-price contract with them.
