About

This is a home design where every last detail has been considered, perfected and then perfected again. Where every family member enjoys private space, shared space and spectacular outdoor amenity. Where mudrooms, studies and sculleries are not a question of squeezing in but simply the facts of a design that has everything a modern family needs to flourish.

From the outset, Dahlia’s striking façade is tempered by feminine curves designed to both entice visitors and also set this home apart from the rest of the neighbourhood. Moving inside, the wide hallways and the option to have a master on both the ground and first floor gives growing families room to move and change.

At the heart of Dahlia lies an impressively large kitchen island bench, with enough room for a whole family to gather and discuss their day or entertain a crowd with the scullery tucked away to hide all the mess of prep and appliances.

As with every Terren home, Dahlia’s design includes soaring 3m high ceilings on the ground floor and impressive 2.7m high ceilings on the first floor, full height glazing, alfresco living to the side of the home for maximum natural light and fully considered zoning throughout. Terren homes don’t skimp on the small details either, like recessed ceiling pelmets for window furnishings, artfully appointed storage for all a family’s needs and cleverly designed lighting plans that make the home just as attractive at night as when the natural light is pouring in.
